Jacketed reactor is ideal equipment for mixing, reaction and distillation in chemistry and pharmaceutical industries. Topacelab provide 500mL to 200L reactors.
We have normal reactor and filtration reactor available. Glass model and stainless steel model for you to choose. Normal jacketed reactor is usually used for regular mixing, reaction and decarboxylation. Filtration jacketed reactor has a filter plate at the bottom, which can be used for isolation and crystallization process, we also equiped it with a mother liquid vessel for filtration reactors.

When working with heating / cooling circulators, the temperature inside the vessel can be gently and accurately controlled by thermal fluid circulation inside the jacket.
